Today was a bright sunny day. I was so happy because we had an excursion. We dined at Pizza Hut and visited an adjacent supermarket with my classmates and teachers.

Our teachers recommended that we must communicate in English at all times. As soon as we arrived at Pizza Hut, the hostess took us to our seats and handed the menus to us. I tasted the onion rings, which were finger licking good. After a great lunch, we went to the adjacent supermarket. Our teacher informed us about the names of daily necessities, such as cosmetics and perfumes. We learned the names of the various fruits and vegetables. People in the supermarket were kind enough to help us. It was an interesting trip.

During our trip back to the school in the van, we discussed our acquired knowledge. Although I can not remember everything that we learned, I am still very happy about today.

What a wonderful day it was!

A wonderful Journey to Pizza Hut!

As we had anticipated for a whole week, we went downtown last Thursday. I was very exited because I did not have an opportunity to go on a field trip before. We dined to Pizza Hut, Their food was delicious yet expensive. In order to save some money, I did not order many dishes. Despite the fact that the lemon juice cost me more than 15 yuan, it was very good. I learned some useful expressions and words. For example, you should say “Enjoy your meal” before you start. Then, we went to the adjacent supermarket, where I acquired a great deal of knowledge about household appliances among other daily necessities. That will be very helpful if I want to advance my studies abroad. I can not wait to repeat the experience.

A Wonderful Excursion in Downtown

How wonderful today was! Our school is located on the outskirts of Linyi. Therefore, we do not go to downtown often. Today, we had a chance to explore it while relaxing and leaning about household articles.

At 11:10, we took the van to go to Pizza Hut. On our way to downtown, we learned about different dishes. First, we can order salad or soup. Followed by the main dish and desert, I ordered a steak, a glass of juice and a piece of cake. During the lunch, we learned about table manners and took photos together. After lunch, we went to an adjacent supermarket to learn about household appliances, kitchen utensils, vegetables and fruits. I found many of my favorite fruits, such as kiwi, dragon fruits and grapes. At last, I bought some bananas.

I am glad to have such an interesting experience. I can not wait for our next excursion.

Today was my lucky day, because this afternoon, we went downtown, Linyi. After the third class, our teacher led us to the office, where Phoebe helped us to stick our school’s advertisement on our backs. It was embarrassing, but we did not have choice. Then we embarked upon our journey to downtown by school’s van. After discussing the advertisement, we decided to discard it. Next we got to Pizza Hut and had a wonderful yet expensive lunch. Later we went to the adjacent supermarket, where we learned a lot of new vocabulary. I learned the names of the household applicants, vegetables and fruits among other items.

We had a wonderful day!

Today was a memorable experience to say the least. Our teacher organized an excursion to downtown, Linyi, which is approximately 15 kilometers from our school. On our way to Pizza Hut, my teacher recommended me some special dishes including chicken wings, beef steak, and shrimps. Due to the exotic presentations of dishes, I waited to abstain from eating them. It is hard to believe that it was my first time to sample the sumptuous meals of Pizza Hut. My teacher taught me the proper way to use the silverware. On one hand, the table manners were complex; on the other hand, they were really interesting. After having a wonderful lunch, we went to the adjacent supermarket to learn about variety of daily necessities. My teacher introduced them one by one to us.

Today, I enhanced my knowledge pertinent to the essentials of life.
